How does the brain influence movement, pain, performance, and recovery, and how can this knowledge improve rehabilitation and training outcomes? This course introduces the neurological foundations of movement, perception, and performance adaptation from the perspective of neuro-centered training and applied neurology. You will learn how targeted neurological stimuli and neuroplasticity-based approaches can support movement quality, self-regulation, pain reduction, and rehabilitation outcomes. The focus is on practical application in rehabilitation, performance training, prevention, and health promotion.
