Notice Regarding the Right of Withdrawal for Consumers Concerning the Delivery of Digital Content Not Supplied on a Tangible Medium (e.g., e-learning, e-books, software downloads)
Right of Withdrawal
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither related to their commercial activities nor to their self-employed professional activities.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance sales contracts.
- for the delivery of non-prefabricated goods and for goods whose manufacture is based on a specific selection or determination by the consumer or that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.
Furthermore, the right of withdrawal does not apply if
- You are a business owner as defined in § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and, at the time the contract is concluded, are acting in the course of your commercial or self-employed activities, or
- we provide you with some of our goods or services completely free of charge.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded. To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us (foxstudy GmbH | Hausacherstrasse 27, 8122 Binz, Switzerland, Phone: +41 (0)78 601 7270, email: info@foxstudy.ch) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not required. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of the Revocation
If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the least expensive standard shipping option we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.

Exclusion or Premature Termination of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of digital content that is not prefabricated and for which the consumer’s individual selection or specification is decisive for its production, or that is clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have not yet begun to perform the contract until after you have given your express consent and, at the same time, confirmed your awareness that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon the commencement of contract performance on our part. Please note that we may make the conclusion of the contract contingent upon the aforementioned consent and confirmation.
